Junior Project Manager (m/f) Software Development Automotive in Karlsruhe

Your tasks will be:

– Plan and prepare agenda for the weekly worldwide SW development meeting,
controlling the software execution and planning
– Take minutes during the meeting
– Gather the presentations for the SW development team
– Post-process and distribute the minutes and presentations and archive them
– Update ClearQuest, Change control plan, and overall milestone plan according
to the decisions in the meeting
– Set up and maintain and Intranet site collecting all the Software relevant information and data
– Collect the input from the suppliers for the weekly risk monitoring, evaluate the data,
and take appropriate actions
– Maintain the feature rollout plan to ensure: timely delivery to customer, alignment
with change control board decisions
– Update SW plans based on projects needs (add/maintain dependencies
with incoming packages, include bugfix releases)
– Setup and update plans
– Create an overall SW resources plan and map it on the delivery of the project

Required Skills:

– SW development/integration
– Willingness to communicate and moderate
– Willingness and authority to drive problems to a solution
– Feeling comfortable with challenging developers, and getting buy-in
despite a possible initial push-back
