Aktuell suchen wir für ein börsennotiertes, weltweit tätiges Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in München einen SAP CRM Projekt Manager (m/w) zur Festanstellung.

Im folgenden die Details:

As a member of CIM Application Services the job holder supports

* International and national projects to implement a new CRM solution
* Roll out of CRM template to customers companies worldwide

His/her tasks are

o Central contact at customer IT for the CRM solution
o Screen and analyse the market for CRM functionality and tools to identify the best fit for customer requirements
o Project management (time and budget and quality)
o Design CRM template and document in SAP Solution Manager
o Design and implement CRM processes according to global guidelines and business requirements
o Manage the roll out of the designed and tested solution
o Set up key user and run training
o Support the key user for running the solution
o Coordination of external implementation partners
o Configuration of the CRM solution
o Create and maintain training documents

The job  holder’s focus in terms of application

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Decides on:

Change requests regarding global process setup and configuration changes in his/her area of activity

Is responsible/accountable for:

Project delivery in time and budget

Selection of most adequate and cost effective software to fulfil business requirements in alignment with customer application architecture

Implementation of CRM functionality in alignment with Global Guidelines

Advising and contributing to:

Resource planning of CRM projects in his/her area of activity

Sourcing of external implementation partners

CRM training program for key users and end users

Timing of releases, system copies and implementation of hot packs
