Fachinformatiker für den 2nd Level Support (w/m)

Ihre Aufgaben

Problemdiagnose und Feststellung von Fehlern sowie Weiterleitung dieser an den 3rd Level Support
Durchführung von Softwaretests und Bauteiletests zur Identifikation von Problemstellungen
Ticketannahme sowie Behebung von geringeren Problemstellungen
Betreuung der Endbenutzer vor Ort
Umgang mit Remotebetreuungs-Tools
Vor-Ort Tätigkeiten wie z.B. Umzüge und Rollouts

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT Umfeld (z.B. Fachinformatiker/-in für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker/-in, IT-Systemkaufmann/-frau) – gerne auch Berufseinsteiger
Erfahrung im Microsoft Client Umfeld, speziell Windows 7 sowie Microsoft Office 2007 und 2010
Gute Englischkenntnisse sind Voraussetzung
Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe

Tasks and responsibilities:

– Managing small computer system implementation projects (mostly customizations to O*C/RDC)
– Clarifying project scopes with project sponsor
– Defining and assessing project scope
– Defining user requirements
– Estimating project resources and timelines

– Coordination with IT implementation team
– Liaison with and roll-out to user community

– Managing and conduct of computer system validation efforts
– Defining test scope and test cases
– Execution and documentation of test cases

Required skills and experience

• Proficient knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL and database management systems
• Proficient knowledge in Clinical Development and Data Management Processes
• Excellent knowledge in Computer System Validation of large international applications (including SDLC, GAMP 4 methodology and 21 CFR Part 11 regulation)
• Expert knowledge in Oracle Clinical/Remote Data Capture
• Excellent in English (verbal and written)
• Analytical and team oriented character
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
• German speaker

Start: asap
Duration: 12 Months ++
Location: Ulm => no home office
Workload: full time => 5 days a week
