Aktuell suchen wir für ein börsennotiertes, weltweit tätiges Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in München einen SAP Supply Chain Management Consultant (Services and Sales) nach München zur Festanstellung.

Im Folgenden die Eckdaten:

Main tasks:

– International and national SAP projects to implement new SAP functionality

– Rollout of SAP template to customer companies worldwide

Detailed tasks are:

– Design ERP template in his/her area of activity ans document in SAP Solution Manager

– Design and implement ERP processes according to global guidelines and business requirements

– Project management (time and budget and quality)

– Sourcing of external implementation partners

– Coordination of external implementation partners

– SAP configuration (Customizing)

– 3rd Level Support

– Create and maintain training documents

– Contribution to SAP training program for key users and end users

– Create and maintain process and system documentation

– Design authorization roles in his/ her area of activity

– Manage User Help Desk and process change requests

– Support planning and accomplishment of SAP Upgrades

– Contribution and advice regarding the timing of release upgrades, system copies and implementation of hot packs

– Screen the market for new ERP functionality and tools to enhance the business

The candidate decides on:

– Change requests regarding global process setup and configuration changes in his/ her area of activity

The candidate is responsible for:

– Project delivery in time and budget

– Selection of most adequate and cost effective software to fulfil business requirements in alignment with customer application architecture

– Implementation of ERP functionality in alignment with Global Guidelines

– SAP 3rd Level Support for the Business Units

– Sales and Distribution (SD)

– Credit Management

– Transportation Management (LE-TRA)

– Export Control (SAP GTS / AEB)

As a member of CIM Application Services the job holder supports

* International and national projects to implement a new CRM solution
* Roll out of CRM template to customers companies worldwide

His/her tasks are

o Central contact at customer IT for the CRM solution
o Screen and analyse the market for CRM functionality and tools to identify the best fit for customer requirements
o Project management (time and budget and quality)
o Design CRM template and document in SAP Solution Manager
o Design and implement CRM processes according to global guidelines and business requirements
o Manage the roll out of the designed and tested solution
o Set up key user and run training
o Support the key user for running the solution
o Coordination of external implementation partners
o Configuration of the CRM solution
o Create and maintain training documents

Decides on:
